Personally i know how hard it is sometimes to motivate yourself to train day in and day out in order to achieve that body that you have always wanted. The reason that its hard to get motivated is a state of mind i over come it by fixing my focus on the goal that i have set and i always feel a million times better once i have worked out both mentally and physically.
The second thing that i find hard is the never ending struggle with healthy eating, because things like chocolate, cream cakes, and crisps taste so good and are quick and easy to eat, i focus on the prize and think of how hard i have to train to burn off a bar of chocolate or how fast foods are making me unhealthy from the inside, i always drink plenty of water and prepare tasty snacks with the occasional comfort food.
