After I originally booked my session with Becky I began to get cold feet and thought I was going to hate working out due to my dislike for physical exercise but after just six sessions I’ve lost a stone in weight and find myself looking forward to my weekly session which is something I never thought would happen in a million years! Becky keeps me motivated by keeping the sessions varied and interesting I can’t recommend Becky highly enough, because trust me if she can motivate me to exercise she can motivate anyone.
