When done regularly, 30 minutes or more of vigorous exercise has been shown to improve a persons mood for up to 12 hours.

My in-home personal training is an ideal way to get you into shape, without you having to attend a gym, i will supply all the equipment, giving you a great workout that will help you reach your goals.
